At SaniCare Facility Services, we take Quality Assurance to another level by equipping you with a SaniCare Management Team. Our main goal is to prevent issues, and handle them behind the scenes, so you have one less thing to worry about. Our cleaners are dispatched and supervised during cleaning operations, to monitor productivity and results. Each location will also have a dedicated Compliance Field Manager. The Compliance Manager will perform weekly inspections to analyze and inspect the facility for any issues or room for improvement. They also make sure that the cleaners are in compliance with state and federal regulations. 

Your highly-motivated SaniCare Cleaning Teams have been carefully selected and trained. Cleaners wear uniforms and ID badges. All personnel have been background checked and we are insured and bonded. All spray bottles must be SDS labeled and each facility must have a list of all chemicals and SDS.

We offer ongoing training via videos and in person for industry best practices, and to keep up to date with regulations. We provide certifications for our cleaning professionals such as GBAC and Blood Borne Pathogens. 

You will also have a Client Success department working for you, and will receive a point of contact. This teammate oversees the daily, routine tasks involved with addressing your needs and concerns and maintaining your account activities.
